Order Confirmation
Orders are processed after required customer, stock, and payment checks are completed. PixoNext may contact the customer if additional verification is needed.
Delivery Areas
- Delivery is available in Dhaka and many locations outside Dhaka.
- Delivery time and charge depend on destination, item size, courier coverage, and product availability.
- Some large, fragile, high-value, or installation-based products may require special delivery arrangements.
Estimated Delivery Time
Displayed delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Weather, public holidays, courier delays, remote locations, stock transfer, or verification can extend the timeline.
Receiving an Order
- Check the package condition before accepting delivery where possible.
- For visible damage, missing parcels, or incorrect products, contact support promptly.
- Customers may be asked to provide an OTP, signature, ID confirmation, or other delivery verification.
Failed Delivery
Repeated failed delivery attempts, unreachable phone numbers, incorrect addresses, or customer refusal may result in order cancellation and possible delivery charges.
Advance Payment
Some orders, locations, high-value items, or special products may require partial or full advance payment before dispatch.
Installation & Setup
Standard delivery does not automatically include installation, configuration, wall mounting, data transfer, or setup unless the product or service explicitly includes it.
